Privacy Policy for HashtagPro

This Privacy Policy explains how the HashtagPro mobile application (“HashtagPro”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the app.

1. Information You Enter

HashtagPro lets you enter a topic and generate title, caption, and hashtag suggestions. In the current version, the topic you enter and the generated content are processed on your device and are not sent to our own servers.

2. History and Favorites

Generated results, history, and favorites may be stored locally on your device. This information remains on your device until you delete it inside the app, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

HashtagPro may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process:

• IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
• device and advertising identifiers;
• app interactions such as launches, taps, and ad interactions;
• diagnostic and performance information;
• information used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Where required, the app may use Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent or provide privacy choices before requesting personalized advertising.

4. Sharing Content

The app can open your device’s system share menu. You choose which installed app receives the content. After sharing, the selected third party’s privacy policy applies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell the topics or generated content stored locally by HashtagPro. Information may be processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob as described above.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual results, clear history, remove favorites, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to limit data handling and use trusted service providers. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

HashtagPro is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to us.

9. Your Choices

• Clear history and favorites inside the app;
• review advertising privacy options when available in Settings;
• reset or delete the Android advertising ID through device settings;
• uninstall the app to remove locally stored information.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
